Growing up in the inner city of Pittsburgh, Chester was surrounded by the realities, sounds, personalities, and experiences that would eventually become part of his creative language. Pittsburgh gave him more than a hometown; it gave him perspective. The city’s grit, soul, neighborhoods, and rich musical history became part of the foundation beneath his artistry.
